A stepwise logistic regression analysis indicated a significant association between violent behaviors in community SMD patients and disease-related factors (disease type, disease course, hospitalization frequency, medication compliance, and prior violent acts), demographic factors (age, gender, education, socioeconomic status), and policy-related factors (free treatment, annual check-ups, disability certificates, family doctor services, and community outreach). After categorizing patients based on gender stratification, a pattern emerged wherein male patients, unmarried and suffering from prolonged illnesses, were more prone to violent tendencies. Examining the data, we determined that female patients experiencing economic hardship and a lack of educational opportunity had a higher incidence of violent behaviors.
